We use specialized sustainable packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. During winter months, we include heat packs to protect tropical species from cold damage during transit.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We avoid shipping on Fridays to ensure your plants don't spend the weekend sitting in a courier warehouse.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 14-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to select regions within the UK and Europe. Please note that international orders may require a Phytosanitary Certificate, which can be added at checkout.

Are the plants pictured the exact ones I will receive?

Unless labeled as 'Exact Plant,' the photos represent a typical specimen of that variety. While size and leaf count may vary slightly, we guarantee the health and quality of every plant sent.
